Vincent CHEN,  Joint Vice Chairman

Vincent Chen spent 17 years in the banking industry in First National Bank of Chicago, Bank of America and then Banque Francaise du Commerce Exterieur. He held senior positions in their Singapore branches in the areas of credit & marketing and general management. In 1988 he co-founded Sidi, Chen & Associates, a financial consulting firm. Since 1993, Vincent has been managing his personal and family investments. He is an active shareholder who regularly attends company AGMs and is Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore (“SIAS”). Vincent is also an independent director of China Petrotech Holdings Ltd, Sing Lun Holdings Ltd and Transpac Industrial Holdings Ltd - companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.

Vincent has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
